• 10 things to know about Hasbrouck Heights and Pompton Lakes (link to come)

Hasbrouck Heights: QB James Klenk, WR/CB Jasiah Purdie, RB Nico Facchini, TE/DE Jordan Wexler, LB Travis Culkin, LB James Varga, CB Ian Rinke.

Pompton Lakes: RB Frank Negrini, QB Kyle Shafer, WR/RB Steven Sanders, WR John Tanis, DE Drew Flynn, LB Phillip Latora, S Logan Mahoney.

HASBROUCK HEIGHTS WILL WIN IF: The Aviators rely heavily on three players in its offense: Klenk, Purdie and Facchini. Purdie has been one of the top playmakers in Bergen County all year with 18 total touchdowns, so it's imperative the Aviators get the ball in his hands. If Hasbrouck Heights can find creative ways to get Purdie in the open field, chances are the Aviators will repeat as North 1, Group 1 sectional champions.

POMPTON LAKES WILL WIN IF: The Cardinals' formula for success lies in their run game behind Negrini, who has been essentially unstoppable in the postseason with eight total touchdowns. If Pompton Lakes can establish the run early -- no easy task against a stout front seven of Hasbrouck Heights -- it will allow the Cardinals to control the clock and dictate the pace of the game.

THE PICK: Hasbrouck Heights, 20-17
